Retail Return & Exchange Policy
Variations and uniqueness in gemstones, crystals, and stone colors are to be expected and are not considered defective.
ALL CLAIMS FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone at 978.683.5657 or email. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery of the product with a valid receipt for full refund excluding shipping/handling changes. All merchandise must be returned in new condition with original packaging. Items returned after 30 days after delivery may be exchanged for an item of equivalent value or in the form of store credit.
If you need to return an item due to our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.
Please note that it may take 5-7 business days to process returns, exchanges and/or damages once received.
Damages: You must report a damage to us in writing within 10 business days of delivery.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for something different, please return the original item to the address above and advise what you would like as a replacement. If the replacement items costs more than the original item, we will contact you for additional payment information. Shipping cost for replacement is additional and the responsibility of the customer.
Partial or No Refunds
Partial or no refunds will be issued for the following items at the discretion of MagneHealth, Inc.
- For items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not reutnred in the condition it was received.
